Location of eye/center: At 10:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "HANNA" was estimated based on all available data at 1,070 km East of Infanta, Quezon (16.4°N, 131.5°E).
Strength: Maximum winds of up to 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 70 km/h.
Movement: Moving North Northwest at 15 km/h.
