#WEATHER UPDATE
At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "HANNA" (LEKIMA) was estimated based on all available data at 845 km East of Aparri, Cagayan (19.0°N, 129.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 kph near the center and gustiness of up 105 kph. It is moving West Northwest at 10 kph. Southwest Monsoon is affecting Luzon and Visayas.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impact associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides.

Palawan, Occidental Mindoro and Western Visayas will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains to at times heavy rains (monsoon rains) and thunderstorms; while rest of Visayas will have mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers/thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Southwest will prevail over Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
