At 10:00 AM today , the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 675 km East Northeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar or 790 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (13.3 °N, 131.5 °E). This LPA is expected to develop into a Tropical Depression within 12 hours and will be named "#JennyPH". Once it develops into TD, Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal #1 will be immediately raised over the eastern sections of Luzon and Visayas.

Moderate to Heavy rainshowers with lighting and strong winds due to thunderstorm are being experienced over portions of #Kalinga(Lubuagan, Pasil & Balbalan), #Apayao(Calanasan), #Mt.Province(Bontoc & Sabangan), #Ifugao(Hungduan, Kiangan, Lagawe & Hingyon), #NuevaVizcaya(DupaxdelSur), #Pangasinan(Labrador, Sual, SanQuintin & Umingan) which may persist 1-2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
