School-based personnel of the DepEd to receive PBB 2018 very soon

The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) will continue to release the Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) for Fiscal Year 2018 of eligible government employees .

Most of the Schools Division Offices (SDO) in the country already released their DepED Division Memorandum requiring all their school heads to submit all data requirements relative to the grant of Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2018. This means that School-based personnel of the DepEd will soon be receiving their PBB FY 2018.

PBB is “a top-up incentive given to government personnel of bureaus or delivery unit in accordance to their contribution to the accomplishment of their department’s overall targets and commitments.” The AO25 Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) sets specific conditions and reviews the agency’s accomplishments within a fiscal year to determine the eligibility of the department and its personnel to receive PBB.
