WEATHER FORECAST Issued by PAGASA At: 7:00 PM 08 September 2019): Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms is expected over the provinces of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Apayao, Kalinga, Abra, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Benguet, Aurora, Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands caused by Southwest Monsoon. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms over Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino and Nueva Vizcaya.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Northern Luzon and in Aurora Province. The coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
