Classes in the following areas were ordered suspended on Tuesday, November 26, due to the transport strike by jeepneys scheduled from November 25-26, 2019.

The transport strike was initiated by the Condor Piston Bicol to protest the government's Public utility Vehicle (PUV) modernization program and jeepney phase-out.
