Here's latest update on PBB 2018 from DepEd as of January 25 

The Department of Education (DepED) through Undersecretary for Finance-Budget and Performance Monitoring, Annalyn M. Sevilla, in her Facebook post, Saturday, January 25,2020, has mentioned about the Performance Based Bonus (PBB) FY 2018 for teachers.

Sevilla said she is still waiting for PBB 2018 updates from BHROD.

"I’m still waiting for PBB 2018 updates from BHROD," said Sevilla in her Facebook post.

Sevilla said she will provide an update on TBB 2018 in her next update when she have validated already.

"I’ll post next update which is on PBB 2018 when I have validated reports na," said Sevilla.

The undersecretary explained that PBB 2018 is inot in the finance strand yet because it doesn't have funding cover in the existing budget that they manage.

"PBB 2018 is not in the finance strand yet because it doesn’t have funding cover in the existing budget that we manage," clarified Sevilla.

"Once DepEd is evaluated ELIGIBLE for PBB pay by the AO25 Task Force, the funds to pay PBB from DBM goes directly to implementing units granted eligibility (by region)," Sevilla ended.
