DepEd endorses free online international training with 15 CPD credits

The Department of Education (DepEd) has endorsed a free online international training for all teachers who would like to rekindle and sustain their passion for teaching. This online training is equivalent to 40 training hours. Successful course completers will receive an international certificate of participation and 15 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits for the renewal of professional license.

Successful course completers will receive an international certificate of participation as well as 15 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits for the renewal of Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) License or Professional Identification Card (PIC).

"Teachers who would like to rekindle and sustain their passion for teaching may enroll in the online course TEACH ON: Keeping the Passion Alive for FREE!" said DepEd in Facebook post.

"The self-paced online course offered by SEAMEO INNOTECH may be accessed from April 2 to June 5, 2020 and is equivalent to 40 training hours. Successful course completers will receive an international certificate of participation and 15 CPD credits," according to post.

The said endorsement of the online international training was posted by DepEd on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 in its Facebook Official Page. Usec. Annalyn M. Sevilla, DepEd Undersecretary for Finance, also shared this post in her FB page.
