Updated Application Process for Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan and Calamity Loan
The Pag-IBIG Fund has updated its Application Process for Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) and Calamity Loan as of March 21, 2020. The Pag-IBIG latest update, now offers the use of fillable loan forms which can be downloaded from their official website. Said loan forms can also be accessed from the direct links we provided below.
Follow the steps below on how to use the Fillable Loan Form option:
Step 1. Fill out Fillable Loan Form, no need for signature.
Step 2. Save the filled up form as PDF file.
Step 3. Send the PDF file via email to your company HR, authorized company representative, or Fund Coordinator along with (1) valid ID and the front and back images of your Loyalty Card Plus, Landbank or DBP cash card.

SEND YOUR MPL & CALAMITY LOAN APPLICATION VIA EMAIL
You may NOW EMAIL your Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) and Calamity Loan (CL) application to the following email addresses assigned for you based on your work or office address.
