VIRAL: Reminder from DepEd official to school heads on imposing unreasonable deadlines

"In this time of crisis, we have to secure our health first; that paperwork’s can wait when this battle is over."
The Facebook post of Dr. Evangelyn P. Ladines, Schools Division Superintendent (SDS) of Paranaque City, reminding her school heads not to set unreasonable deadlines that are impossible to meet went viral online on Friday, March 28. SDS Ladines was the former SDS of Pasay City transferred to Paranaque City on 2019.
Dr. Ladines, in her Facebook post reminded school heads not to set unreasonable deadlines like finalization of Learners Information System (LIS), School Forms (SF) and IPCRF to teachers.
"Complains from other SDOs are being received by the CO and RO regarding setting of unreasonable deadlines of LIS, SF, and IPCRF," said Dr. Ladines in her post.
“Please do not set deadlines that impractical to meet. Let us remember that not all have access and experts of it, some left their forms in the school not knowing that home quarantine will be imposed, some went home to their own province quickly,” the superintendent noted.
